A General Home Inspection is a general visual overview of the systems that make up the home as a whole.  We will always provide our clients the best inspection they can get.  Some clients request an in-depth inspection of a specific system.  We have relationships with many specialty contractors and engineers we can call on when needed

Some specialty inspections that clients have asked for in the past

• Engineer - specific analysis of foundation or other structural elements and engineer letter

• HVAC - taking apart the unit and providing a detailed technical report about the system

• Roof - careful evaluation of the roof covering, flashing, and detailed report

• Pool - examination of the pump and other pool components

• Mold - Air quality testing or sample testing with a detailed report of spore levels

• Irrigation - Analysis by an professional irrigation contractor
